October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and fittingly, University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center biologist Curt Hines, PhD, has published a pair of papers that comprehensively describe the twelve major types of cells in the human breast.
The University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center has successfully received reaccreditation from the Commission on Cancer (CoC), a quality program of the American College of Surgeons.聽聽 The ACS CoC is a consortium of professional organizations dedicated to improving survival and quality of life for patients with cancer by setting and raising standards.
