News — Leading professionalism efforts is not for the faint of heart. Even at highly reliable organizations, there are times when inevitable nuances and challenges emerge that can impact the necessary pillars of a professionalism program or initiative, potentially placing sustainability at risk. The (CPPA) will host a highly interactive four-hour virtual session, dedicated toward developing pathways that address some of these complexities, including:
- Sustaining leadership engagement and/or re-engaging leadership
- Non-responders with influence
- Significant well-being concerns
- Group/unit/departmental pushback
