She currently leads the Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action, a national initiative dedicated to improving healthcare through nursing, guided by the influential 2011 and 2021 reports, “The Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health” and “The Future of Nursing 2020-2030: Charting a Path to Achieve Health Equity.” Quinn directs the Campaign’s access to care strategy and its efforts to help create a more diverse nursing workforce, faculty, and leadership.
