INL researchers are working on the fabrication of the large square protonic ceramic electrochemical cells (PCEC) by using advanced manufacturing technologies. Dr. Wenjuan Bian (left) is presenting a house-made 10 cm by 10 cm cell while Dr. Dong Ding (right) is conducting the program for the manufacturing process.
