Panelists will discuss the psychological science of how racist attitudes and behaviors are formed, and how they can be influenced using science.
Panelists include , Assistant Professor of Psychology at Southern Methodist University; , Mitsui Career Development Professor and an Assistant Professor of Work and Organization Studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management; , Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Yale School of Management; and, Sapna Cheryan, professor of psychology at the University of Washington.
