Interest in the field HEOR has grown exponentially as it continues to play an ever greater role in helping to inform healthcare decisions. 2019 is shaping up to be another significant year for HEOR as payers and consumers balance the introduction of innovative health technologies, increasing healthcare costs, and the impact of healthcare decisions.
ISPOR, as the leading global professional society for HEOR, continues to monitor the trends that will affect decision makers in healthcare marketplaces around the world. For the second year, based on a survey of its members, the Society identified the top 10 HEOR trends that will shape the field in the near future. ISPOR’s Chief Science Officers (CSOs)—Richard J. Willke, PhD, CSO and Lucinda Orsini, DPM, MPH, associate CSO—will moderate the webinar and explore the top HEOR trends impacting healthcare in 2019.
