As CEO of Patients Beyond Borders, Josef Woodman has spent the past twelve years researching and vetting international options for quality, affordable medical care. He has met and consulted with ministries and key stakeholders in the world's leading medical travel destinations, touring more than 200 medical facilities in 35 countries. Co-founder of MyDailyHealth (1998) and Ventana Communications (1987), Woodman's pioneering background in publishing, healthcare and technology has allowed him to compile a wealth of information and knowledge about international medical care, telemedicine, wellness, integrative medicine and consumer-directed healthcare.

Woodman has lectured at the UCLA School of Public Health, Harvard Medical School, Duke Fuqua School of Business, Scientific American and the International Society for Travel Medicine. He has keynoted and moderated conferences on medical tourism and global healthcare in 20 countries. He has appeared in numerous print and broadcast media, including The Economist, The New York Times, CNN, ABC 麻豆传媒, Fox 麻豆传媒, Huffington Post, Barron's, The Wall Street Journal, and more.

Woodman is an outspoken advocate of affordable, high-quality medical and preventative care for healthcare consumers worldwide.

Dr. Kenneth Podell is board certified in Neuropsychology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Podell completed his medical training at New York University School of Medicine and a fellowship in neuropsychology at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. His clinical areas of expertise are in the treatment of brain injury/disease, particularly sports-concussion, traumatic brain injury and dementia. Podell's research interests focus on traumatic brain injuries and neuroscience. Podell serves as a concussion consultant for the Houston Astros, Rice University Athletics, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and the Houston Texans. He also consults for more than 20 area high schools and middle schools.

Dr. Sarah N Pletcher is the Vice President and Executive Medical Director of Virtual Care at Houston Methodist. In this role, she leads the health system on strategies, processes, practice and education around system-wide virtual care and digital health programs across the organization. Prior to joining Houston Methodist, Dr. Pletcher was the founder of the Centers for Connected Care & Telehealth at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, where she led the health system in the selection and implementation of new strategies utilizing telehealth technology platforms, and developed new clinical products and telemedicine programs across multiple specialties, and in multiple settings. As a consultant, Dr. Pletcher has advised health systems, policymakers, and investors about disruptive technologies and new business models that can provide value in serving populations. She is frequently sought as a thought leader and invited speaker in areas of telemedicine, health, innovation, clinical quality improvement, provider education, and rural program development; and has been the principal investigator on over 15 million dollars of grant and foundational funding to advance these initiatives.
