News — MAYWOOD, IL – Eighty-nine Loyola Medicine physicians have been recognized in Chicago magazine's 2025 list of Top Doctors in Cook County.
According to Chicago magazine, selections are made based on nominations from peers who consider their fellow physicians to be the best in the area. The process for determining finalists takes into account these nominations along with the physicians' educational backgrounds and professional experiences.
"Loyola Medicine physicians are dedicated to advancing medicine through research while also providing exceptional patient care," said Shawn P. Vincent, president and CEO of Loyola Medicine. "We're very proud to have so many of our physicians featured on this year’s Top Doctors list."
The annual Top Doctors list is published in the January 2025 issue of Chicago magazine and is also available
The list was compiled by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., a health care research and information company. Their online nomination process is open to all licensed physicians in the United States, accepting nominations in any specialty across the country whom they regard as the best in their field.
